Code Inject is a Chrome extension that runs tools you choose on the current webpage, such as screenshots, page inspection, and editing. This policy describes what data is handled and where it goes.
When you use a tool, the extension reads or changes the current tab so that tool can run. Screenshots and page-info reports stay in your browser unless you save or copy them. Tool settings (which tools appear in the menu) are stored locally in Chrome storage on your computer.
The extension does not send page content, screenshots, or browsing history to the developer’s servers. It does not create an account and does not collect your name or email.
User data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
All processing happens in your browser on the page you already opened. There is no developer backend that receives page content.
The developer does not store page content. Local settings remain in your Chrome profile until you remove the extension or clear that storage. Files you save (for example screenshots) remain on your computer until you delete them.
